Goals (2024-2030)
1. Academic Excellence & Minority Inclusion
Regularly update the curriculum as per UGC guidelines with a focus on socio-economic issues affecting minorities.
Introduce special academic support programs for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Offer scholarships and financial aid to meritorious and needy students from minority communities.
Organize guest lectures, workshops, and career counseling with experts from diverse fields.
2. Infrastructure Development for Equal Access
Establish smart classrooms and digital learning facilities to bridge the educational gap.
Upgrade science and computer labs to provide hands-on learning experiences.
Develop a well-equipped library with special sections on minority history, culture, and literature.
Set up a career guidance and placement cell with a focus on opportunities for minority students.
