The Socio-Economically
Disadvantaged Groups (SEDG) Cell at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Mahavidyalaya, affiliated with
Bundelkhand University, has been
established to ensure that students from socio-economically disadvantaged
backgrounds receive a safe and supportive environment along with equitable
access to quality higher education. This initiative aligns with the vision and
guidelines of the National Education Policy
(NEP) 2020, formulated by the Government of India.
Objectives of the SEDG Cell

Inclusive Education: Ensure fair and
inclusive access to education for students from socio-economically
disadvantaged groups.

Functions of the SEDG Cell
