At Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Mahavidyalaya, we are committed to providing high-quality education while ensuring that our fee structure remains affordable and transparent. Below is the detailed fee structure for various courses offered at the institution along with the refund policy for students.

Fee Refund Policy

In line with the regulations of Bundelkhand University, the following refund policy is applicable:

1. Withdrawal before the commencement of the academic session:
   If a student withdraws before the academic session begins, a refund of 75% of the total fee paid will be made.
2. Withdrawal within 15 days from the commencement of the course:
   If a student withdraws within the first 15 days after the start of the academic session, a refund of 50% of the total fee will be processed.
3. No refund after 15 days from the commencement of the course:
   No refund will be issued if the student withdraws after the first 15 days of the academic session.
4. Refund due to medical reasons:
   In cases of cancellation due to medical reasons, the university may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. The refund will be subject to approval by the university authorities, based on individual circumstances.

• Fee Payment: All fees must be paid as per the prescribed schedule at the time of admission.
